3. How to use the polishing pads correctly?
In order to attain the high gloss,the surface of stone should be formed a layer of reflector(Nami-thickness),the stronger light reflect,the higher gloss.At present,polishing pads are the elastic composition of rubber and plastic cement,polishing powder is the major ingredient of polishing pads,which plays an decisive role in it.During polishing,on the premise of giving out heat,due to polishing powder separate from binding preparation,and then form a thin layer of inorganic-transparent reflect membrane,the finer grinding of stone,the activer of the surface,so the membrane wii form easier and evener.Before polishing,the surface of stone should be washed clearly (keep them away from dirt),spilling a little water evaporating,repeating these several times,the surface of stone will become brighter.Due to the different ingredient of some polishing pads,just split warer once,and then polishing until finished. |

4. During using the flexible polishing pads,they will make some silght deying on stone,or the color will become unclearly,Why?
It contains two reasons: The one is he flexible polishing pads consist of too much pigment,this factor is always unusual;the other is during operating,the water is insufficient,or the pressure on handle grinding machine is excessive. |
